The book is a great tool for test prep, unfortunatly I have had to order 3 different ones, all from different sellers, because non of them were as described. They had all been written in, when they had been advertised to be clean.
I use these with my kids to get them ready to test. We home school but still do the testing each year. This is a great way to bring back to memory some things that need to be revisited and give them practice bubbling in answers.
As always, Spectrum provides a thorough outlook on the specific grade level and offers effective practice for testing. My children are home-schooled and the Spectrum workbooks are a great supplement to their curriculum. We also use these during the summer to help keep their minds sharp. I've used many levels and forms of Spectrum workbooks and I am never disappointed.
Great for helping my 5th grader get ready for testing - and to help me see how things may be worded differently than curriculum she is accustomed to. He gets to practice filling in those bubbles too.
As a home schooler, this definitely helps identify both weaknesses and lapses. I feel more confident as my son faces his mandated testing.

We used this book at the end of the fifth grade to get ready for testing. The book covers a lot of material and I feel it really helps you to see what your child has learned through the school year. I recommend this book!
Great book for your 4th grader going into 5th grade. My child loved these activities and it keeps them learning and thinking over the summer. I was going to have her do a few pages a day on a schedule, but she finished the book in the first week and wanted more!
